Intro to SUP Lesson: Highly recommended for first time paddlers! While Stand-up Paddle Boarding is a fairly easy sport to grasp, it is always a good idea to learn the basics and proper techniques right from the start. Our 1.5 Hour Intro to SUP Lesson packages include up to a 30 minute session with in-water instruction from one of our experienced instructors, who will have you up and comfortably paddling in no time! After your lesson, you have the remaining hour to hone your newly acquired skills.

Private Lesson with a Pro: This 1:1 lesson, with SUP Racer Kirsten Marina Lefeldt, will include an in depth paddle stroke analysis. The session will be tailored to your goals, whether they are just paddling more efficiently or competing in your first SUP race. Kirsten has over 10 years of experience in SUP Racing and coaching. She is a 2x Midwest Paddle league Champion, and world-ranked racer. She is also a Certified Personal Trainer and can help you improve your overall health and fitness through Paddleboarding.
