Experience yoga on the water this summer and ride the waves of self-discovery. Take a break, enjoy nature, relax, and add a playful thrill to your yoga practice. The amazing skyline view and a blissful savasana are like no other. Classes begin on the water with a relaxing flow and end with a short cool down paddle, allowing you to fully unwind. Sessions take place entirely on anchored boards in shallow waters on Lake Michigan and all levels are welcome! Lessons are recommended for first-time paddlers, but our skilled teachers will guide you no matter where you are in your journey. We can’t wait to share this beautiful practice with you!

Wear comfortable athletic clothes you don't mind getting wet. Please leave any non-waterproof items — phones, bags, jewelry — at home or secured in your car.

We highly recommend taking a basic SUP lesson before joining this class. The more comfortable and familiar you are on a board, the more you'll be able to focus on your yoga practice and enjoy the experience.

Our coaches will make the call a couple of days before the class. The spot is chosen for its calm, protected waters, but if conditions are unsafe, the class will be cancelled or rescheduled at no charge.
